XVIII rassegna - ADHESION FORM
The choirs that wish to participate to the 18th International Sacred Music Choir Festival 2012, in Olbia, have to fill in this adhesion form in every part. The artistic committee of the “Associazione L.Perosi” will process all applications. All choirs that submit an adhesion form will receive a letter of acknowledgment.

REGULATIONS
Item n° 01
Festival is riserved for group of amateur choristers
Item n° 02
All compositions performed during the Festival must be planed with artistic management
Item n° 03
Each concert is allowed only not more than 25 minutes
Item n° 04
Choir’s members can try acoustics of churches such as organs or pianos (on request at festival’s management); scores to perform Friday party (28th September 2012) and at sung moss (30th September 2012) will be transmitted at enrolment act. Organization provides them each evening (according to a previous agreement)
Item n° 05
No rewards are given to the choirs attending the festival
Item n° 06
Enrolment application must be completed in adhesion’s form before 31st march 2012. Selected choirs will be contacted from L. Perosi Association before 30th April 2012 to flirt their information about the festival
Item n° 07
Artistic board can ask the sostitution of some passages
if they aren’t suitable with Festival
Item n° 08
Organization will freely deal with recording rights and shot television, with no money for the attending choirs.
